What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original packaging and unused. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and certain supports cannot be returned.
How do I know which size to choose for performance wear?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our performance wear is designed for a 'pro-fit'; if you prefer a looser fit for your workouts, we recommend sizing up.
Do you offer warranties on heavy gym machinery?
Yes, all heavy equipment comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects and mechanical failures under normal use.
