At Cult Store, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your fitness journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
